Thank you for choosing Shivsrushti Theme Park. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before purchasing tickets.

1. No Cancellations or Refunds

All ticket purchases are final. Once booked, tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Rescheduling Policy

Tickets are non-reschedulable, except in the rare case of park closure due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Government-imposed restrictions
- Technical or operational issues at the park
In such events, ticket holders will be offered the option to reschedule their visit to another available date within a specified window. No cash refund will be provided.

3. Missed Visits

If you are unable to visit the park on the selected date for any reason (including illness, personal emergencies, travel delays, etc.), the ticket will be considered forfeited. No refund or reschedule will be provided.

4. Duplicate Transactions

In the event of a confirmed duplicate payment for the same booking, please contact us immediately with transaction details.
Upon verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
